Chances are good that you’ve already seen this news somewhere else, but I would be remiss if I didn’t put it here as well.
I am editing an anthology of essays by people who are both Autistic and Transgender, about how their two identities go together. I’m looking for your words. Whatever country you live in, whatever your age, whatever your gender or lack thereof, whatever your diagnosis or self-identity. If you identify as Transgender and as being somewhere on the autism spectrum, this anthology needs you.
I’m not looking for an echo chamber or people repeating some party line. If you feel like you don’t fit somewhere, you don’t have to pretend. If you do feel like you fit somewhere that the “standard narrative” says you shouldn’t, whether because you’re Transgender or because you’re Autistic (or because you’re both!) you don’t have to pretend, either. You can be real in your writing. I won’t judge and the readers will learn so much.
If you’re interested in contributing, the deadline is January 15, 2019 and you can get all the details here:

Thank you!
